We want learners to be satisfied with their enrollment. The following rules apply to refund requests.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of enrollment provided that less than 25% of the course has been completed.
Send a written request to contact@nurseonlinelearning.com with your name, enrollment email and order reference.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Completed programs, downloaded certificates, and discounted team enrollments are not eligible for refund.
